Intro & Overview of Curricula
SAMA welcomes you to Account Management Skills for Sales: How to create growth and retain your most important customers.
This interactive, blended learning experience combines self-paced learning enabled by your Participant Guide, this learning platform and micro-learning videos. There will be five x 90-minute live-virtual review & coaching sessions – during which you get to exchange ideas, share insights, learn from your peers and receive feedback and coaching from your SAMA faculty who are thought leaders and recognized experts in this field.
Your learning journey runs over 6 – 7 weeks, culminating with you shaping and sharing a differentiating value proposition and action plan for one of your top accounts. The course curricula can be viewed and downloaded below.
You will be equipped with a repeatable account management “operating system” (Process) integrating more than 20 proven principles and tools – downloadable, ”smart” editable templates that structure thinking and guide application of leading account management practices.
